A man and the vision that was given to him

That would make him POOR NO MORE

Synopsis:     The man had a plan to purchase a Deteriorated retail shopping mall. For years the mall was going down, people weren't coming to shop, and one day owners of the mall closed the doors. Donald Jackson was given a vision to convert the mall into a motion picture, entertainment mixed use with retail shopping, but not the means to make it happen. Jackson believed that God had given him the vision as a test to prove his faith and without means to acquire property to fulfill this vision, faith was all he had. Faith being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we see" No matter what.

Before this journey, Jackson was very successful.  He had acquired financial success enabling him to enjoy the finer things in life. New automobiles, investments in houses,  plus cash to be able to take a vacation once a year and take care of his children.  It may not seem so bad, except when it's taken all away from you.  Now you have nothing. You’re not the same person.  You wonder  where your next meal is going to come from, and you have to believe in something.

This documentary, drama with some off beat humor is told to have you think about what you have and what you’re going to do with it. The system is broken. Every day lives are destroyed by circumstances and beginning to be out of people's reach. Injustice is rampant but who will stand up? Who will fight back? People are losing hope in our government,  in our churches, and in our educational school system. It’s not like it used to be. All around the world people are standing up for a lot of reasons.  In this small town North of Minneapolis is a community that seems to let the City and Big Business dictate what’s good for the community. Donald Jackson had another idea, but no one would listen. Not even our elected politicians.  Jackson looked to the community that he was acquitted with to band together to accomplish a major development.  No one wanted to help,  there were no takers. No matter the task Jackson had to stay on the journey.  He is currently producing 2 Television Shows.  They will be revealed in this exciting documentary how Donald Jackson became “POOR NO MORE BECAUSE OF BROOKDALE”.

Both friends and strangers struggle with these questions on a day-to-day basis though none is greater exemplified than the plight of Donald Jackson trying to survive the daily grind.  Finding one too many disappointments. Through trials and tribulations Donald reaches for a purpose in his life before it is too late? “Poor No More Because of Brookdale”  is a story of human behavior and how normal people either rise or fall to the occasion. Can these people be saved? Do they want to be saved? Whose fault is it anyway if they are, or not to be saved?

In the story are examples of people impacting someone else’s life and it takes you on a different journey. Who are the victims of this journey when people become tired and won’t take no more. “Poor No More Because Of Brookdale”,  “It’s not your fault” or maybe it is.

Sheila Raye Charles

Sheila is one of 12 children that Ray Charles fathered. Sheila moved to Los Angeles to live with her Uncle Jerry and hoped to establish a relationship with her father. She returned to Los Angeles, this time with her mom and her brother Kevin.  She tried to launch a musical career and had the opportunity to record at Ray’s studio under his supervision.  Sheila traveled with the DeBarge family and found herself in Minneapolis to record at Paisley Park, Prince’s studio.  Unfortunately, Sheila was unable to produce any music that the music industry found marketable so she began writing with various musicians and producers.  In 1990, Sheila was voted New Artist of the Year at the Minnesota Black Music Awards and continued to receive advice from her father on her musical career. Addicted to crack, Sheila ended up in federal prison three times, but that is where she ultimately found her freedom.  While she was incarcerated, Sheila read the Bible and she felt that God would speak to her with different verses.  Once when she was in lock down for 15 days, Sheila wasn’t allowed communication with anyone else.

Dr. Mark T. Barclay

Mark T. Barclay is known as a Preacher of Righteousness.  He is a proven, precise leader among ministers worldwide.  God has anointed him with a severely accurate prophetic ministry. For over 40 years,  Mark T. Barclay has traveled the world over by preaching the uncompromised Word of God and preparing God's people for His coming.

Author of many books, curricula, syllabi, and periodicals, he has become known as a prolific contemporary writer, literally shaping the futures of many people and demanding growth of a higher caliber throughout the body of Christ. God used this man preacher Mark T. Barclay to call me to the front of the sanctuary where hundreds of people at Living Word Christian Center in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota were taking service on a Saturday evening between 6:00 PM and 6:30 PM. If you don't believe God hears you, you would be wrong and after you hear what this preacher told me on that day. You will think somethings else, I did.

Seeing is believing and I believe. There was know way that this man of God could have known what he spoke to me, and out of all the people that where there and with me sitting in the back role knew what i needed  to hear at that time.
